INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY acquires mixed-use urban renewal project in the old car yard district of Phillip as a “first to market” play.

The $30m project will include a late night food hub, an eclectic mix of local shops and 60 authentic warehouse loft residences. The design will have attitude and authenticity and resemble a typology that you would find in the hip Sydney suburbs of Alexandria or Surry Hills.

The site is located only 150m from Westfield Woden and is in a CZ3 core services zone with abundant local amenity for residents.
